Mobile Callback feature will allow you to get alerted with name and information about who is CALLING YOU BACK from your Vulcan7 Dial sessions.
How to setup Mobile Callback:
Login to your Vulcan7 account
Click “Tools" tab.
Choose Mobile Callback
(NO CHARGE AT THIS TIME)

On right hand side enter an area code to request a New Number (NO CHARGE AT THIS TIME)
Click “Check Availability” option
Click “Request this Number” button
Click “Start Mobile Callback Setup” button (orange) on right hand side
Enter a ‘callback” number -- enter your cell phone or number to call back (save)
Click “Next” button
Optional: Set Up a voicemail -- otherwise click “Skip” and the VM will go to your cell phone / number you forward to.
Download the app on your Apple or Android device
Click Next to finish setting up the Mobile Callback
Additional Option:
To receive Mobile Callbacks on your mobile device, then install the Vulcan7 app. (available from Apple or Google)
